Cookelio stores your chosen profile name, avatar or selected profile photo, language, lesson progress, quiz results and premium unlock status locally on your device. These details provide the profile, learning progress and purchased features you request. Cookelio does not upload this information to a developer server. There is no Cookelio account or developer-operated cloud sync in this iOS version. Device backups may contain app data according to your Apple backup settings.
If you choose a profile picture, the system photo picker provides the image you select. Cookelio stores a copy for your profile on your device. The app does not upload the image. You can replace it or select the default avatar in Settings.
Optional lesson unlocks and purchase restoration use Apple's App Store and StoreKit. Apple processes the transaction under its own privacy policy. Cookelio receives the purchase result needed to unlock lessons and stores the unlock status locally; the developer does not receive your payment card details through the app. Purchases remain associated with your Apple account according to Apple's rules even if local app data is removed.
Lessons, recipes, images, videos and display fonts are bundled with the iOS app. It does not download fonts from Google's servers. Using these bundled learning features does not require sending profile information, photos, progress or quiz answers to a server.
Version 2.3.2 for iOS does not offer ChefBot or Cooking Wizard, does not send prompts or ingredients to Google Gemini, and does not initialize Firebase AI Logic or Firebase App Check. Cookelio does not include advertising, cross-app tracking or developer analytics in this version. This policy describes iOS version 2.3.2; other platforms or future versions can have different features and policies.
Local profile and learning data stay on the device until replaced or removed. You can change your profile, photo and language in Settings. Removing the app removes its local container; any backups are controlled separately through your Apple settings. Contact us if you need assistance with your information. Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability, or object to processing, and may complain to a data protection authority. Processing of a support enquiry uses the information you send to answer and handle that enquiry; do not send payment details or other sensitive information. We retain correspondence only as needed for handling the enquiry and applicable record-keeping requirements.
The online copy is delivered by Google Firebase Hosting. Loading that page involves technical connection information needed to deliver and secure it. It uses no analytics scripts, advertising or cookies set by Cookelio. Google's processing is described at https://firebase.google.com/support/privacy. The policy can also be read inside the app without opening a website.
We update this policy if the iOS app's processing changes. The effective date and app version identify the scope of this notice.

Cookelio speichert deinen gewählten Profilnamen, Avatar oder das ausgewählte Profilfoto, die Sprache, den Lernfortschritt, Quiz-Ergebnisse und den Freischaltungsstatus der Premium-Lektionen lokal auf deinem Gerät. Diese Daten ermöglichen das von dir gewählte Profil, den Lernfortschritt und gekaufte Funktionen. Cookelio lädt diese Angaben nicht auf einen Server des Entwicklers hoch. Diese iOS-Version enthält kein Cookelio-Konto und keine vom Entwickler betriebene Cloud-Synchronisierung. Geräte-Backups können App-Daten entsprechend deinen Apple-Backup-Einstellungen enthalten.
Wenn du ein Profilbild auswählst, stellt die Fotoauswahl des Betriebssystems das gewählte Bild bereit. Cookelio speichert eine Kopie für dein Profil auf dem Gerät und lädt sie nicht hoch. In den Einstellungen kannst du das Bild ersetzen oder wieder den Standard-Avatar auswählen.
Optionale Lektionen-Freischaltungen und die Wiederherstellung von Käufen verwenden Apples App Store und StoreKit. Apple verarbeitet die Transaktion nach seiner eigenen Datenschutzerklärung. Cookelio erhält das zur Freischaltung erforderliche Kaufergebnis und speichert den Freischaltungsstatus lokal. Der Entwickler erhält über die App keine Kreditkartendaten. Käufe bleiben nach Apples Regeln mit deinem Apple-Konto verbunden, auch wenn lokale App-Daten entfernt werden.
Lektionen, Rezepte, Bilder, Videos und Schriftarten sind in der iOS-App enthalten. Sie lädt keine Schriftarten von Googles Servern nach. Für diese mitgelieferten Lernfunktionen müssen keine Profilangaben, Fotos, Lernfortschritte oder Quiz-Antworten an einen Server gesendet werden.
Version 2.3.2 für iOS bietet weder ChefBot noch Kochassistent an, sendet keine Fragen oder Zutaten an Google Gemini und initialisiert weder Firebase AI Logic noch Firebase App Check. Cookelio enthält in dieser Version keine Werbung, kein App-übergreifendes Tracking und keine Entwickler-Analyse. Lokale Profil- und Lerndaten bleiben auf dem Gerät, bis sie ersetzt oder entfernt werden. Profil, Foto und Sprache kannst du in den Einstellungen ändern. Beim Entfernen der App wird ihr lokaler Speicher entfernt; Backups verwaltest du davon getrennt in deinen Apple-Einstellungen. Kontaktiere uns bei Fragen zu deinen Daten. Je nach Sachverhalt und geltendem Recht kannst du Auskunft, Berichtigung, Löschung, Einschränkung oder Übertragung verlangen, einer Verarbeitung widersprechen und dich bei einer Datenschutzaufsichtsbehörde beschweren. Bei einer Support-Anfrage verwenden wir die von dir übermittelten Angaben zur Bearbeitung und Beantwortung. Sende keine Zahlungsdaten oder anderen sensiblen Informationen. Korrespondenz bewahren wir nur auf, soweit sie für die Bearbeitung und geltende Aufbewahrungspflichten benötigt wird.
Die Online-Fassung wird durch Google Firebase Hosting bereitgestellt. Beim Aufruf werden die für Auslieferung und Absicherung erforderlichen technischen Verbindungsdaten verarbeitet. Die Seite verwendet keine Analyse-Skripte, Werbung oder von Cookelio gesetzten Cookies. Hinweise zur Verarbeitung durch Google: https://firebase.google.com/support/privacy.
